Are you affiliated with GoTo?
No. GoToConnect.ca is an independent consulting and setup service. GoTo Connect and GoTo are trademarks of their respective owner. We help businesses configure and get the most out of their own GoTo Connect subscription.
Do you sell the GoTo Connect licences too?
You can bring your own GoTo Connect subscription, or we can guide you to the right plan and help you purchase it. Either way, the account stays in your name and under your control.
Can you port our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Number porting is a core part of what we do. We handle the paperwork with your current carrier and schedule the port to avoid any interruption to your calls.
How long does a typical setup take?
Most small and mid-sized setups are configured within 1–3 business days once we have your details. Number ports depend on your carrier and usually complete within a couple of weeks — your old service keeps working until they do.
What happens if we need changes later?
You'll own a fully documented setup. You can make changes yourself, or reach out to us — we offer ongoing support and quick-turnaround tweaks for existing clients.
